Strategy for Healthy Lifestyle Change
Our strategic approach centers around supporting you in discovering ways to successfully implement healthy lifestyle changes across all areas of life. This is very intentional work to bridge the gap between medical recommendations and your abilities to successfully them into real life, with the goal of developing long-term health.
Aromatherapy as a self-care strategy is just one of many tools we offer to help you reclaim your personal power in your healing journey, nurture your body and gain a better sense of balance in your life. Essential oils provide safe, natural alternatives to chemical and pharmaceutical products and are very effective in supporting mood.
Biofeedback helps to restore balance in your body through stress reduction protocols, muscle re-education, relaxation training, pain management and brainwave relaxation training. All of this is done by the Biofeedback machine. While you're connected to the electrical sensors and receiving biofeedback therapy, your only job is to relax.
Holistic Counseling Therapy
Counseling therapy is one of the many ways practitioners at Meridian Integrative Wellness work to serve our community and improve our client's sense of well-being. That being said, therapists are definitely not one-size-fits-all. We are proud to have some of the most skilled practitioners under our roof, all of which are highly specialized in their craft.
Sharpen your mind, improve your physical health and increase your emotional well-being through simple mindfulness practices like meditation, breath work, body-scan, walking meditation, guided imagery and mindful eating. Mindfulness, or simply bringing your attention to the present moment, is the goal of any meditation practice; it's the thing you carry with you into your daily life outside of your practice, where you see the benefits.
