Massage, Craniosacral & Cupping

Massage, craniosacral & cupping therapies at Meridian Integrative Wellness are given by Erica Ware, Herbalist, LMT, CST, owner of Holistic Bodywork.

The goal of Holistic Bodywork is not solely to focus on the symptoms but to find and understand where the problem derived.  Holistic Bodywork encourages the body’s healing process and creates an understanding of the knowledge of healing ourselves.  It starts with the self.

Erica's expertise in body mechanics, intuitive healing, and energy work allows for a deeper understanding of root causes of pain and discomfort.  Over the course of working together, your insight will increase, as will your opportunity for self-healing. You will better understand why an injury is consistent, why the pain stays, and how to support your body’s needs.

We become empowered in our own well-being when we understand how to heal ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I'm Ready To Get Started

massage

Patience is vital with bodywork, as it allows tension to release when it is ready instead of forcing and causing further injury.

The gentle, firm, and strong touch of massage therapy encourages the softening of body tissue and easing of pain.  While it promotes healing from injury, it also helps relieve stress and feelings of anxiousness.

craniosacral

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle touch therapy that releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain, discomfort, and dysfunction.  With gentle touch to the cranium, sacrum & spinal muscles, it encourages the release of soft tissue that surrounds the central nervous system.  CST is perfect as preventative care as it helps strengthen the immune system against illnesses and other dysfunctions in the body.

Cupping

Cupping helps regulate the flow of blood, loosen muscles, arthritis, strains, helps the removal of toxins, ease muscle pain.

Cupping therapy is a local suction on the skin with the application of silicon or heated cups. Suction to the skin is created by pressing the air out of the cup to encourage the skin and muscle into the cup.

Hi,

I'm Erica Ware, Herbalist, LMT, CST

I'm an Herbalist, Intuitive Healer, Massage & Craniosacral Therapist, and founder of Holistic Bodywork. I work in partnership with Meridian Integrative Wellness.

Along with creating an environment for healing through bodywork, encouraging your understanding of self-healing is my top priority.

There have been times throughout my life when I’ve experienced significant amounts of pain from injuries, sore muscles, and stress. While researching different fields and modalities to help ease my pains, I noticed my symptoms were the only focus, and my own ideas about what might help were not of high importance to my practitioners. I received loads of information on what I should do for my health, but I was confused and overwhelmed because I had no clue how to even begin.

That personal experience inspired me to approach healing differently with my clients. I will partner with you, help you heal, and help you understand how to heal yourself. Holistic Bodywork, and my practice, is continuously evolves because I have a passion for helping others in healing and a desire for knowledge in the holistic health field.

I look forward to working with you. Let’s heal, together.
