COVID-19: Update + Free Resources

Our beloved community,

On behalf of all of the independent practitioners who practice and teach here at Meridian Integrative Wellness, I hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe during this difficult time. In accordance with CDC recommendations, we are transitioning to serve our one on one clients through online platforms, and cancelling all scheduled group events in our classroom until further notice. 

Right now my own social feeds and inbox is completely overrun with serious (but essential) updates. It's exhausting. The goal of Meridian Integrative Wellness will be to continue bringing positivity and empowerment to your day in the ways we know how. We aim to only bring you content that is helpful, uplifting and positive.

I'd like to invite you to download some of the free resources we have in order to help you feel more grounded and calm during the turbulence of the unknown. Navigate to the Free Resources tab in the top menu of our website and explore what's there that may be useful to you right now.  I'd recommend starting with Cultivating Resilience and figuring out what would meet your needs most from there.
